work scale: 176.4 "offical"
home scale: 174.4
So I didn't reach my goal of 170. What i do know is that my body is the most happy at 175.
My birthday (cake), my daughter's birthday (cake) and Easter all didn't help on my qwest. I'm not making excuses though.
What I'm happy about is that none of my pants fit anymore! 175 is where I plan to stay for awhile! Another side goal of mine was to not be OBESE in the governments eyes. I can say that I've offically done that!

That's awesome! Great work on the weight loss and here's to keeping it off.
I'm still stuck at 180 right now and I have been loading carbs the last two days to prep for race day. I'll start riding again next week to burn more pounds.
For comparison; I'm only 5'9". I think I'm still in the obese cat. I'll have to go check. Can I say I have big bones? (use your imagination)
A celebratory beer will be in order on Saturday.
I know that's right. I have a 6 of Highlife Tallboys ready for the trip.
Yeah.. I was in the obese cat for awhile! It doesn't account for big bones!
Oh, carb loading huh? Please tell me about it?

duration exercise.

Dang! I always get it wrong. OK, so maybe my race will last longer than 90 minutes... I might be that slow???
Well then, back on the diet of fruits and vegis. I went to the link and read about carbo loading. I was going off of a friend that does marathon/endurance running. Boy, I am a beginner aren't I? Thanks for getting me back on the path.
