'HOT LUNCH' Lap @ Tranq tomorrow!

Meet at the ice rink @ noon. Ride two laps with the Sausage King and me. I'll be trying to keep up. He won't let me ride the beginner loop!

Towel off in the lot and head back to the office to finish the work day. This will be my last ride there prior to the Psycowpath Event!

Here's some Race Information and Map link:

Wow. The altitude training done by the 'King has left this man with O2 to spare. I may stick around to watch him race.

Rob met us for or 'HOT LAP'. It held true to its name, and felt HOT. We (rob and I) rode 1 entire loop (sans the ice rink hill) and then 1 extra section along the creek. We rode back up the road to the rink where we parked.

I wasn't feeling it and neither was Rob. The good news fellas is that it is supposed to be 78 on Saturday. Sweet Riding Temp!

Nice riding with you and the King, RG. Sorry I was such a sissy and not alble to make the second full lap. Ted is way fast! Pimping a single rigid; he left us in the dust. I'm so embarrased...

Cool temps for Saturday should help us out. Greg, why no race for you? Are you worried I might beat you this race? Yeah, like that would happen. Dmars said you told him to tell me "hi". I may stick around for a while to see the next race go down too. If you and the Bikemasters team need something done, let me know.

My pre-ride impressions are posted for your amusement. I know a couple of my Lincoln bro's are looking forward to the trail report.

I figured I should help out with the event. I ride Tranq all the time anyway. I rode there last night and thought the corners were getting a little slick with all the loose dirt in them, what did you guys think?

Corners seemed OK to me. Plus, that'll all get tacked down a bit if it rains between now and the weekend. But no one will fault you for working the race. You're a giver, Greg.

I thought there was at least two soft corners that the silt/powder was a little un-nerving, but the rest of it seemed OK. It could use about 1/4" of rain to keep dust down and make some of the open areas a little less dry. Too much and the nursery would never dry.

Thanks for helping witht eh event Greg. Will you be policing open containers? Or is that a bad idea?

good rideing with you rob. Even though my legs are feeling 2 rides in one day, and some sleep deprivation, I am glad we got out. Greg, I am racing beginner, and working the event during the sport, expert races. you could do that if you wanted.

I need someone cheering me on, and Greg said he'd be the man. Although I do recall at Norfork when he passed me 1/2 through the second lap. That gave me some motivation!
