Rode a 10 mile flat time trial last night. Time was 28:21 - 21.2 mph. avg. - 212 watts avg. power output. I'll try the hilly one next week and see if I can break the 30 minute mark. Last time it was 30:01 @ 20.0 mph avg.
I would rather be riding outside, but it's only 9 degrees right now!

Your are going to be tough to catch up to this year. I still need some more work at the ten min time trial. Just not in good enough shape yet.
I'm gonna do one tonight. At least keep with my old record is my goal!
