Second race down, and even though team gibson was without its junior member, the rest of us took up the slack. The old guys ( greg, rob and me) finished the same order that we did we for the norfolk race 7, 8 and 9th. The crash award goes to a different rider though. Rob won that award this time for running into a tree, and they tell me it was a spectacular dismount. All kidding aside, I hope you are not too sore Rob. Wish you could have made it Ray, we will see you next time

Nice race Brothers! Good finish for all of us. I'm just happy I finished after the tree(s)jumped in front of me. I'm OK though, the wife was happy to see me and got me cleaned up with a little sand and a gasoline soaked rag. She was really happy to see me at 4pm instead of 3 like I promissed...
Carnage will be available on my blog later today as Ryan snapped a picture of some of the wounds.
I want to give a big thanks to Dave who talked to me after the crash and wouldn't let me stop.
Ray, too bad you missed it. Good fun for all.
It's somebody else's turn to crash next time. I've done my share on the last two outings with you guys.
I am truely sorry that I missed it. It appears as though we all ride at the same level which makes it fun.
Sorry that you wrecked Rob, and it sounds like Dave was the man that helped. You guys rock. Greg said that he snapped some photos too, so check back later.
I'm not planning on Crashing, so Dmars?
Dave, I thought you were going to be racing SS? I see a geared bike in this picture?
That must a picture from last year. He was on his SS yesterday, and he just about beat me to the finish line. I thought gears were an advantage?
Fun race guys, Rob you heal up quick and watch out for the trees. Sorry I didnt get to chat much with you guys.
The picture was from norfolk last year. I did race my Rita, I enjoy riding it, but I wished for gears a couple of times. Just remember Rob, pain heals chicks dig scars, and glory lasts forever.
I am not crashing next time, it will have to be someone else. The next race is manawa, what about racing single speed Greg?
