That hill was killer. We need to get out on the gravel every weekend if we can. I swear I have been going to the gym guys, but I sure felt out of shape yesterday.
I just thought of another road route we can take sometime. We can start at cubbys just south of I 680 (on mormon bridge road) ride up hwy 75 to Ft Calhoun, and take the omaha trace back. Lots of hills, beautiful scenery, and over 18 miles. All kidding aside, we did set a good pace yesterday, I was in the big ring most of the time

16.22 miles is why my computer said. That picture doesn't show how 'killer' that hill was! Thanks for taking them!
Where's the picture of my winching face as you joyfully pass by me and snap my photo on the hill of pain?

It will definelty make us better. As you said yesterday, the trainer doesn't even compare. I don't know why - it just doesn't!
