I put my road bike back on the trainer last night. It's the first time I had ridden it since last weekends outdoor ride. I think that the water played a bit of havic with my drive train.
With every pedal stroke come as creeking sound. My guess is that I need to lube up all of the moving parts. I've got White Lightening for the chain, what should i use to lube everything else?

I use Tri-flow on all the other moving parts. There's probably other good stuff out there too, just avoid WD-40.
where would one procure such an item of lubrication?
just buy a tub of crisco, and slather it on. if that dosent fix the creak, nothing will ;)
bike matsers sells a mutli purpose lubricant, it is a giant brand, you could try that. I use it on derailers, cables etc.
