Hi,

I'm looking to be an un-offical member of Team Gibson: as my name is Rob Gibson and I Live in Lincoln. I'm just getting back into cycling in the last year and would love to ride with you guys sometime. Are you ever on mtbr.com? You will find me as crewcabrob.

Funny, I work "IT" for an insurance company in Lincoln.

I'm also new to the blog thing... but I started Gibson Racing as my blog. Nothing in it yet, but I hope to get something up soon.

Take care!

Rob

Weather isn't the best. A local said that since saturday (the day that I landed) it has been cold. Colder than she has remembered in years!

Still pretty nice though.. upper sixtys and overcast!

As for you Rob.. Welcome! Comment a few more times and I'll make you an Author.

We all live in Omaha, but that shouldn't stop you from riding with us. I'll post those ride times here and we can go from there!

I use mtbr for the reviews, don't post there.

Thanks for the welcome!

Author duties? Don't you have a "beer drinking position" open? I would be better at that.

Are you guys planning on doing any of the Psycowpath races? the first one is coming up.

I'm sure we will be riding togeather soon. I hope the nice weather will get the trails dried out soon. I miss riding the trails.

Rob,

We all are planning to race at both Psycowpath and MetrO! events this year.

I am driving "team gibson" up to Norfork for the April 5 start. It will be my first MTB race.

Dave and Greg both raced last year. Dave won his category! We are all racing for BIKE MASTERS on the Bike Master Race Team. There is a BMCC link in my linky section on the side bar.

RG,

It will be my first race too. I hadn't been on a bike more than a few times inthe last 5 years prior to last summer when my wife bought me a new bike. Glad to hear you are going to be up there.

I didn't know the Metro was going to happen this year. I'll go look for more information on it and the Bike Masters team.
