The storm pushed through yesterday and left a bright ,sunny, windy afternoon. I took advantage of it and hit the West Papio. Got in 20 + miles and avoided the bummer life!
Sounds like a nice ride Ray. I have been getting out a lot more since the first race fiasco. I would love to ride more, but the wife has other plans for me. Are any of you racing at TP next month?
Yeah, I would like to come up and give it a whirl this year again. I had such a poor showing the first race I haven't been to one since.
I'm still getting use to the new bike. The brains are so much more advanced now. I have found that running them almost all the way firm on the rear and 2 clicks from firm on the front gives about the perfect smooth trail ride. Something like Platte may have to be dialed down a bit.

Sunday afternoon appears to be the only time that is feasible for me to get out. So I've been at least getting that in.
I haven't given much thought to racing this year. In fact I still have not been on any dirt. Maybe that will change?
You are probably wanting to try your bike out at TP eh?
Looks like you had a nice road ride. Wont be able to ride this Sunday.
