Good news...
Trek and IMBA have put together a large grant that will pay for "Greenspace Asset Management" for THOR trails.
The way I understand it this will increase the places we can ride locally (maybe as soon as this fall). This provides some guidance on making existing trails better too.
A calendar will be published to show dates that have been selected for trailwork days. Other than Platte River these are on Tuesday nights. Platte River on Saturdays. Looks to be well planned out.
There will be an "easy button" on the THOR Site to report items to trail leaders that need to be addressed.
Bad News...
Traffic backup on I-80 on the way home brought us to my gravel road riding pace. Greg fell asleep. Dmars and I had to listen to him snore.:)
Watch the THOR web site. Within the next couple of days, the minutes will be on the web site - under the MEMBERS section.
