Today marked the day that i brought in the skinny bike, changed tires and hooked it to the trainer.
I managed about 40 mins and finished with over 11 miles. My HR monitor was wacky as it said I only burned 45 calories. At any rate its nice to have the bike inside and ready to go.
Should I break out the trainer log again? What say you?
