Looks like they turned out real good. Do they taste as good as they look.
yeah guys they were good. Ate half the rack that night, and then the other for lunch a couple of days later.
They were cooked perfectly! My only complaint is that they didn't have much of a smoky flavor. Just pure rib goodness.
