How do you do this if you know that your are going to be tested every step of the way?  Crazy man.

STUTTGART (Reuters) - German cyclist Stefan Schumacher has tested positive for banned substance CERA in a re-testing of samples from last year's Beijing Olympics, the German cycling federation (BDR) said Wednesday.

Saturday - New Bike!

We bought this cool Burley Trail a bike from an old neighbor's dad. He had it for his grandkids and they now all know how to ride. Once the sun finally came out on Saturday, I hooked this up to Kristen's bike.

The bike is a little too big for my daughter as she isn't able to keep her foot on the pedals for an entire rotation. The seat is as low as it will go! Nonetheless, look at the smile on her face. I think we'll be riding together a lot this summer as a family - and that can't be bad!

Monday Night Ride

Anybody riding tonight? I am leaving my house at 5:45 or so for Tranq. Hope to see ya there. O ya the ride would be even better if the wind would die down a bit. OK, the wind scared me off. I going to try again for Wednesday.

Hot Lunch Lap?

Tomorrow Lunch may be the only time I'm able to ride any dirt. Rain the next few days and a family filled sunday are going to keep me off my bike. Who wants to join me for my first dirt lap of 2009!??

Ride

Went out Wed for a nice couple of laps down at Tranq. The trail was in great condition, saw a few other riders out enjoying the trail. Heading out again Friday with the mars. Hope the trail isn't in bad shape from the rain we received yesterday.

is dirt in my future?

Man, I hope so. I have yet to log any saddle time riding singletrack this year. This weekend is not looking the best however time wise and Sunday weather-wise.

My best chance might be on Friday. Saturday is out as I'm hosting family from out of town. Sunday = Easter and a chance of rain. - family day.

I may have to hold tight till the MNR with the Bike Masters Group. Will someone ride at the back with me!??
