10 mile time trial

The King's post inspired me to better my time trial time. An attempt was made last night. I felt tired, and if I were to puke at the end. That must mean that I did it right.

The picture doesn't show exactly that as I stopped the Clock but kept spinning after to cool down. So my AVG MPH is whacked too.

I will post a sans 30 minute mark in the future. I can shave off 14 seconds, I know it!

Ok, well I setup a team name and gave them my $15 at least!

Here’s the team website that I set up. Please register. I need at least 5 riders (I think that I’ve got that covered!) to be considered a TEAM – but would welcome anyone else that you might know that would ride with us. I said that we’d be doing the 50 mile route.

Flat Time Trial

Rode a 10 mile flat time trial last night. Time was 28:21 - 21.2 mph. avg. - 212 watts avg. power output. I'll try the hilly one next week and see if I can break the 30 minute mark. Last time it was 30:01 @ 20.0 mph avg.

I would rather be riding outside, but it's only 9 degrees right now!
